Discover has a great rewards program! Second best is american express i hear.

The Citi Diamond Preferred Rewards card is a great rewards card for people with good (not excellent) credit. It earns 5% rewards at gas stations, grocery stores, and drug stores for the first year.
Capital One also has some nice rewards cards for people with good credit.
