Credit.

I have good credit. I am selling my home (normal sale) but I am not going to buy another home right now. I have 2 credit cards with no balance and a car loan. Will this home sale hurt my credit score?
Selling your home and fully paying off the mortgage should have no adverse affect on your credit at all. At least not until enough years pass that its good payment history drops off of your credit report. I don’t know how long that is, but you could always keep a copy of your current credit report to show if you wait until many years in the future to buy another home.
I do not see why. As long as the loan is fully paid I can only see it helping your score. To my knowledge that just proves another satisfactory trade line paid off. Good Luck!
