How is your credit affected if you cancel a bankruptcy? How does it appear on your credit report?

credit
$Question asked:

I filed for bankruptcy a few weeks ago but am now thinking of cancelling. From what I understand, once you have filed it is on your record, but what I want to know is that if I was to cancel the process, how does it show on my credit? Will appear as cancelled or will it just show that I did file for bankruptcy?

I also did this 2 weeks ago, I filed for
bankrupcy but came into some money &
called to cancel maybe going thru another
option/route to pay creditors. lawyer wasnt there so Iwill get a callback soon, I did sign paperwork & paid retainer fee, Im sure I
wont get that back but Id rather lose that
than loose credit for 10 yrs. If it cant be
cancelled then I will call my creditors and
work out an agreement maybe a reduced
debt payment or something, keep in touch
    with me at.
com and ill tell you how the situation ended
Hopefully it can be cancelled or stopped.
