How does the Texas highschool credit system work exactly with electives?

Does this mean that the extra year of spanish and art will go towards my electives?
uhh i live in texas and idk wat ure saying lmao
we need. - 1 yr of fine arts (art, band, orchestra, choir. theatre arts)
half semester of health AND speach
1yr of a technology application (some computer class)
a pe class (gym or sports) for yr and a half (3 semesters)
foreign lang. 2 yrs
and 4 years of science, social studies lang. arts and math
thats pretty much it :]
